GERMAN CINNAMON JUMBO COOKIES Recipe
2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp(level) soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sour milk
FOR TOPPING
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs sugar
Recipes
Mix sugar, shortening, and eggs together as in recepies.
Gradually add dry ingredients along with milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto
cookie sheet. Mix together cinnamon and sugar topping; sprinkle on each
cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. Yield: approx. 4 doz
