Neat Martini Recipe
This Neat Martini recipe was submitted by "Double-O 8." The
Neat Martini is also called a Straight Up Martini.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. gin (or vodka)
- 1/2 oz. vermouth
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a pitcher or martini shaker. Do not add ice! Place
the pitcher or shaker in the freezer long enough for the concoction to
get ice cold. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon
twist or olive spear. (For every 2 oz. of gin/vodka add a half ounce of
vermouth. But never add ice!)

Taste of this recipe is amazing, its taste is still on my tongue. Its yummy dear.
